Description

A no-bake dessert dream for peanut butter and chocolate lovers. This Giant Reese’s Pie features a creamy filling, rich ganache, and candy toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 1 pre-baked pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • Assorted Reese’s candies (Reese’s Pieces, Mini Reese’s Cups, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the pie crust and smooth the top.
  5. To make the ganache, microwave chocolate chips and ½ cup cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Pour the ganache over the pie and spread evenly.
  7. Top with Reese’s candies.
  8. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use crunchy peanut butter or add chopped peanuts for extra texture.
  • Swap the crust with an Oreo crust for a chocolatey twist.
  • For clean slices, dip your knife in hot water and wipe it clean between cuts.
