- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- 1 pre-baked pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- Assorted Reese’s candies (Reese’s Pieces, Mini Reese’s Cups, etc.)
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
- In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the pie crust and smooth the top.
- To make the ganache, microwave chocolate chips and ½ cup cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the pie and spread evenly.
- Top with Reese’s candies.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use crunchy peanut butter or add chopped peanuts for extra texture.
- Swap the crust with an Oreo crust for a chocolatey twist.
- For clean slices, dip your knife in hot water and wipe it clean between cuts.
