Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and flour.
  3. Add the eggs and vegetable oil, stirring until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  5. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Do not overbake—the cookies will continue to cook as they cool.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking for a gourmet touch.
  • Try peanut butter chips, white chocolate, or chopped nuts for variation.
